A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Scott has extensive knowledge of the Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts markets. Whether working with first-time buyers, luxury home clients, relocation customers, or new construction projects, he takes a consultative approach focused on understanding each client's goals and delivering results.
In addition to serving his clients, Scott is the Regional Sales Director for Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate: The Masiello Group's Bedford, Nashua and Hollis offices, where he mentors and supports agents while continuing to serve buyers and sellers throughout New England. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS®, reflecting his commitment to professionalism and the advancement of the real estate industry.
Scott has been recognized as a top-producing Realtor throughout his career, earning multiple Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Silver, Gold & Emerald Awards, the prestigious Chairman's Circle Award and being voted the New Hampshire Union Leader Readers' Choice Best Real Estate Agent/Team in both 2024 and 2025.
Before entering real estate, Scott spent more than a decade in program management and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics (formerly the Whittemore School), concentrating in Finance and Management.
Known for his responsiveness, market knowledge and commitment to client service, Scott believes that every transaction deserves professionalism, integrity and personal attention.
